What we are

An estimated 10,000,000 non-government organisations (NGOs) provide services to the community, the environment and for humanitarian reasons around the world.  As a result of their specific focus, NGOs often have particular recruitment needs, yet are forced to advertise jobs in newspapers, on general job websites, or rely on word of mouth recruitment.  These methods reach audiences that are either excessively broad or too narrow. In addition, the number of dedicated NGO job websites is limited.

All of these factors indicated a need for a dominant global jobs website for the NGO sector.  So, we developed one: ngojobsonline.com

 

OUR PROGRESS oNE YEAR ON...

ngojobsonline.com was proudly launched in April 2012.  Since then we have had an exciting and educational 12 months!  We have managed to grow our site to reach more than 2 million users per month via our 'hubbing' technology and have over 4,000 registered jobseekers with their CVs loaded on the system. We have listed over 150 jobs in the past year, which have attracted thousands of highly experienced NGO professionals to the site. We also now offer NGO employers a free CV review service to screen out irrelevant applicants.

We are proud to have attracted global NGO clients such as CIFOR, SolidarMed, the International Rice Research Institute, IUCN, UN Canberra, Freedom House, African Parks, Wildlife Conservation Society, and many more.
